This voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase - we are unable to extend validity periods on vouchers in any circumstance. Services are subject to availability. The original voucher must be presented at the time of payment. Vouchers cannot be refunded in total or in part, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, cannot be transferred for other services and are non-refundable for cash. To make a reservation the Voucher Code is required. Cancellations made with less than 48hrs notice, or failure to arrive, will result in the full voucher being voided. This voucher covers the specific menus: Wojciech Popow's Japanese Menu or Adam Sharpe's Wild Winter Menu. The other menus will require a supplement. The voucher covers food only, with beverages, menu upgrades and 12.5% service charge in addition. This is recommended as an adults-only experience, and any children attending would be required to be on the same menus as adults. Minimum seven days required before booking date.
