This voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase - we are unable to extend validity periods on vouchers in any circumstance. Services are subject to availability. The original voucher must be presented at the time of payment. Vouchers cannot be refunded in total or in part, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, cannot be transferred for other services and are non-refundable for cash. To make a reservation the Voucher Code is required. Cancellations made with less than 72hrs notice, or failure to arrive, will result in the full voucher being voided.
