Vouchers cannot be refunded in total or in part, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, cannot be transferred for other services, and are non-refundable for cash. Spa services for 18+ years only. To make a reservation the Voucher Code is required. Cancellations made with less than 72hrs notice or failure to arrive, will result in the full voucher being voided.
