A unique spa experience at The Coach House Spa, our Vibrational Sound Bodywork Treatment in The Meadow Hut incorporates energy cleansing with a sound bathing ritual and a full body massage, with the overall aim to relax, release and recharge.
Taking place in our Meadow Hut, located within the grounds of The Coach House Spa, your Vibrational Sound Bodywork treatment will start with a smudging session using sage and rosemary to cleanse the body. Following this is a sound bathing ritual that uses chimes, Tibetan bowls, gongs and, in some cases tuning forks, to relax and revive the body and mind. Since the start of human civilisation sound and music has been used not only as a recreational tool but also for healing practices, with the sound vibrations offering balance to one’s state of being, reducing stress, improving your mood and even providing physical pain relief.
The final stage of your treatment is a biodynamic full body massage, tailored specifically to your needs using one, or a blend, of Coach House essential oils to aid your individual needs.
This treatment combines the power of music and sound, with that of nature to leave you feeling relaxed and recharged.
