Gift certificates cannot be refunded in total or in part and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and are non-refundable for cash. Experiences are subject to availability, when reserving your experience please quote the voucher code. Monetary Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed against spa treatments. Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made with less than 48hrs notice or failure to arrive for a reservation will result in the full voucher being voided.
